Automatic Freedom Process!

There's no doubt that information is much better conveyed person to person; especially if it's a new process, you're almost always better off learning from the originator! So if you'd like to learn to harness the power of your subconscious mind in removing limiting fears and self-doubt, then why not have a personal 'Inner Freedom' coaching session? I will teach you the Automatic Freedom Process; including demonstrating the phenomenon of 'reversal' by muscle testing. I'll guide you through each of the three sessions and also create a customised set of commands, to address your specific needs.

Over the course of 3 sessions, I will also give you valuable extra material not currently included in the Automatic Freedom Process. One of these extras is the 'Ultimate Power Command', which finally freed me from the remaining symptoms of chronic fatigue only a few weeks ago! That's how new (and powerful) it is! Although it's more fun doing these sessions in person, if you're not able to travel to North London, I can work with you on the phone. I will email the scripts before each session, and we'll then go through them together. I'll pay for the call, too! There is no 'homework' in between sessions - however, you might like to use the 'Ultimate Power Command' regularly to give you more direction and confidence while your inner world is rearranging itself!

Included in the cost are free follow-up phone calls after each session, to help you recognise and reflect on any changes taking place; normally these are just short and enjoyable chats about what's going on for you!

Pre-book the entire course for £140, (a saving of £40), or book each one separately. Session 1 is 90 minutes, sessions 2 and 3 60 minutes. They take place at 3 or 4 weekly intervals to suit you. Appointments are available at 11 am, 2 pm or 7.30 pm days a week.

Automatic Freedom Classes
If you would like to learn in a small class of between 3 to 5 people, come along on Thursday afternoons, 2 - 3.30 pm. or Mondays, 7.30- 9.00 pm. The materials for the course cost £29.95, payable at the first session. Sessions 2 and 3 cost just £10; however, if you suffer a chronic illness (such as M.E/Chronic Fatigue) then you can attend these sessions at a reduced rate. Applying Love Classes and Individual Tuition.
The Applying Love Course, available as a 5-part e-course, is now also available live! You can opt for one-to-one tuition or join a small class. I will explain to you the principles of Love and Fear, through illustrations and models. You will be taken step-by-step through the exercises of the course, so you learn from your own experience from the start. You'll learn the liberating procedure for Keeping Calm; understand and master deliberate Acceptance, Appreciation and Gratitude; and finally learn the power of your own mind and Love combined with Intending with Love and Blessing. Inner Freedom Counselling sessions.
I combine information-giving, listening and counselling with Quantum-Touch healing, EFT and the Automatic Freedom Process in Inner Freedom personal counselling sessions. (Testimonial here!) Family, relationship and career issues all need time to understand from a higher perspective. There's no point agonising over past hurts or present difficulties without the input of the solution - Love. When you're experiencing dificulties in relationships with your parents, which impact every other relatiohship you have, simply removing deep-seated fears and doubts isn't always enough; we also need to come to conscious realisations about emotional patterns, and learn to see our past in a more resourceful way. Using the Applying Love principles have proveon to be extremely helpful for anyone sincerely wanting to become free and to heal their relationships. Applying Love to ourselves and our family members brings sometimes astonishing changes. We need to assimilate these and stay positive through the apparent set-backs. Inner Freedom counselling sessions are completely under your control. You decide what you want to talk about or work on, and ultimately what methods you want to use; I offer advice and guidance but you are in charge! We can combine several techniques in one session, and change focus from one week to the next as necessray. You can decide when to come, and how often. When you're ready to go it alone, we'll have an Inner Freedom celebration!

EFT sessions
for removing cravings; weight loss and stopping smoking are both essential for health and removing cravings and compulsive behaviour really raises your self-esteem! Using the meridian therapies stress in the system is removed and the reason for smoking or over-eating gone. It's then easy to build positive patterns and we can 'tap in' any new behaviours so they are as automatic as eating or smoking used to be! First 10 clients will get double the time - 2 hours for £50! Online Chatroom Healing Sessions
Using my site chatroom, this is a very easy and quick way of communicating while receiving a healing session. You can give me feedback and choose to receive Quantum-Touch, Theta Magic, or EFT; I can take you through the Automatic EFT process or give you a combination of any of these therapies. If you would like to have an EFT/Automatic EFT online session, I'll ask you to learn the tapping points in advance (you can download the manual free via the www.emofree.com site.) Online, distance healing enables almost instantaneous communication and feedback, and you will often feel instantaneous results; I always send unconditional love at the beginning of each session. I am in the U.K so for U.S. residents, early morning sessions are usually advised.

Whether you have emotional or physical problems, or just want to experience unconditional Love, you just need to sit comfortably at your computer with the time to concentrate free from distractions.

Sessions can be anything from 20 minutes to an hour and a half; we agree time limits before hand. I charge an hourly rate (£25/$45.) You pay only for the time we spend online. Quantum-Touch Healing Basic Interactive Video Workshop.

Basic Interactive Video Workshops take place in North London. These are held over two weekends (Sundays.) Next one is June 10th and 17th 2007. In these workshops, you will watch a video of Richard Gordon, the founder/developer of Quantum-Touch, running a live Basic workshop. Whenever course participants practice, we stop the video and you practice, too, on the other participants. In this way you gain the full experience of learning at a fraction of the cost of a live workshop! You also get healing as others practice on you. EFT sessions!
