Our thoughts and feelings create our inner world, and through the Law of Attraction, or Emotional Resonance, we then create, or attract, things that match that inner frequency. So the secret of successful manifesting, or attracting the things we want, relies on you and me being in control of and choosing the thoughts and feelings we want. The world is governed by frequencies! That's how the basic building blocks of matter take shape. Literally, everything is ordered light; everything consists of energy.

Our emotions are a source of energy. Learning to manifest means learning to harness that energy and creating, from within, a match to the energy or frequency of experience we want from any particular outcome.

There are two stages to becoming a master of manifestation, then. The first is to become aware of our inner world, and meditation, self-enquiry, and calm observation can help us do that.
