I believe we're all trying to become whole - to heal on all levels, body, mind and emotions. It's my experience that many of us have never learned how to deal with emotions properly. We reject our own feelings, because they're too painful when we don't know how to allow them to flow naturally. This creates blocks that lead to imbalance, eventually manifesting in some way. Through learning to deal with cancer and chronic fatigue I've learned alot about emotions and how to heal. I offer tools and methods I've found really effective and useful in my own recovery.
