I created my first healing tool, using an energy symbol, after visiting Joao de Deus, the psychic surgeon in Brazil. I drew a spiral to demonstrate the way energy flows, and the intention/request was for an energy symbol to unblock energy flow in all dimensions. It proved effective, treating pain and restoring energy balance. Since then I've developed further symbols for love and calm, perfect balance, creating chi energy, along with sacred geometry and an Abundance symbol. I add them all to each healing tool, so ot is now called the Combined Healing Tool. It can help you in physical and emotional healing and rebalancing. For instance, I have used it when feeling anxious and also when I twisted my ankle!

The intensity of negative emotions has been a long-term problem for me. I've used EFT for some years and it's a wonderful way of reducing and removing the intensity, which otherwise only increases over time. EFT also works for physical ailments.
